Llanfechain is on the B4393 between Llansanffraid Ym Mechain and Llanfyllin.

From Llansanffraid Ym Mechain

From the A495 turn right onto the B4393 signposted for Llanfyllin. On approaching Llanfechain you will enter a 40mph area. Continue on the B4393 past the village entrance for approx half a mile and as you approach the end of the 40mph area turn immediately left. Wern Oleu is on the right approx 300 yards further on.

From Llanfyllin

Travel along the A490 towards Bwlch y Cibau, turn left onto the B4393 signposted for Llansanffraid Ym Mechain. As you approach Llanfechain you will see the start of a 40mph area. Turn immediately right after the 40mph signs. Wern Oleu is on the right approx 300 yards further on.
